Virtual Event Planner for Corporate Events

Join a leading Corporate Events Management Firm as a Virtual Event Planner and coordinate engaging virtual conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings for top clients. Position: Virtual Event Planner – Corporate Events Location: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years in Event Planning or Virtual Event Management Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 per year + Benefits + Performance Bonus Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual corporate events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budget, and audience needs
- Select and manage virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, ON24, etc.)
- Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and technical rehearsal schedules
- Oversee speaker coordination, presentation materials, and session recordings
- Manage event registration, attendee engagement tools, and post-event surveys
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare post-event reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvement Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience planning and executing virtual or hybrid corporate events
- Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and digital engagement tools
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously
