Where Your Career is a Force for Good! We are seeking a Data Analyst III – Business Intelligence (Supply Management) who is passionate about solving complex business challenges through data. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where technical expertise meets strategic thinking. You’ll work across both micro- and macro-level datasets to help shape decisions that drive procurement performance, sourcing strategies, spend visibility, cost control, and long-term value creation in support of organizational growth. In this role, you will transform operational and supplier data into actionable insights that influence strategic sourcing, category management, and financial outcomes. Working with minimal supervision, you will design dashboards, analyze procurement trends, and develop scalable reporting frameworks. You will partner with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and operations to uncover opportunities, present findings to senior leadership, and help drive data-informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and build analytics and reporting capabilities that support procurement and business needs across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
  • Develop and deploy scalable BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, integrating with Oracle, Coupa, Data Lakes, and other procurement systems to enable real-time insight delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders, sourcing teams, technical teams, and Master Data Management to translate business needs into actionable analytics and aligned data structures.
  • Serve as a data steward, ensuring data quality, consistency, integrity, and alignment with enterprise data taxonomy across platforms and sources.
  • Analyze procurement and supplier data using advanced methods to identify trends, mitigate risks, improve contract compliance, and drive cost savings. Build and automate robust data models, pipelines, and workflows using tools (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, Airflow) to reduce manual effort and support scalable reporting.
  • Integrate analytical models and insights into procurement platforms (e.g., Oracle, Coupa) to enhance data-driven decision-making across strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Resolve analytics-related issues within S2P platforms, inventory management and reporting systems, including data discrepancies, process errors, and integration logic gaps.
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions by developing training materials, conducting user training, maintaining documentation, and providing ongoing user support.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to analytics tools, workflows, and team capabilities to foster innovation and continuous improvement within Strategic Procurement and Data & Analytics.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Data Analytics, Financial Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience in procurement analytics, cost control, business intelligence, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in global procurement and supply chain reporting, preferably within the humanitarian and/ or life sciences sector, strongly preferred. Strong familiarity with procurement data governance, data taxonomy, and master data alignment preferred. Additional experience in analytics operations, reporting development, data systems administration, and process management is also desirable. Prior experience working in a matrixed global/regional business structure. Management Experience: N/A Skills & Abilities (Technical and Soft Skills):
