The specialist will drive insights from various data sources and support the integration and administration of analytics tools. Additionally, this position will contribute to data strategy and reporting enablement, including advanced analytics for AI-driven use cases and clear communication of findings. Key Responsibilities: Own core web and experience analytics across global sites. Administer and integrate Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for a clean environment. Provide advanced analytics for AI/LLM use cases and operationalization. Support data strategy, curation, and reporting workflows. Drive insight storytelling and adoption with stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform fundamentals. Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis. Experience in a digital analytics domain, particularly with large-scale web platforms and customer journey analysis, is highly preferred.
