The Role We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead our audience growth, sponsor demand generation, and brand authority initiatives. This isn't a traditional, paint-by-numbers marketing role. While you will command standard B2B growth channels, you will also help pioneer how our media properties navigate the AI-driven information economy. You will bridge the gap between traditional content marketing and modern discoverability, ensuring Solutions Review and our executive thought leadership programs maintain maximum visibility across both human networks and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sponsor Demand Gen: Partner with our sales and editorial teams to market our enterprise media solutions, including virtual events, strategic sponsor packages, and our annual Thought Leader membership programs.
  • Audience & Growth Marketing: Develop and execute scalable strategies to grow our enterprise technology audience across our digital properties, premium newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Brand & Entity Authority: Oversee content distribution and brand positioning, with a specific focus on optimizing how our content is ingested, cited, and recognized as an authoritative source in the evolving AI search ecosystem.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and optimize data-driven campaigns for category-specific editorial initiatives, product launches, and virtual event series.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with editorial, multimedia production, and external industry experts to turn high-value insights into high-impact marketing assets.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on audience engagement metrics, conversion rates, and digital discoverability.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology publishing, enterprise SaaS, or a fast-paced tech media environment.
  • Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of the modern digital landscape, including a strong grasp of how AI and generative engines are shifting information retrieval away from traditional keyword volume toward brand authority.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record in email marketing, LinkedIn audience building, content syndication, and marketing automation tools.
  • Category Familiarity: Experience working within or marketing to enterprise software sectors (e.g., Cloud, Data Analytics, Security, Enterprise Software) is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and positioning skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to both enterprise buyers and PR agencies.
  • Agility: A self-starter mindset with the ability to pivot quickly, run experiments, and thrive in an evolving media landscape.
