Job Description About the Company A leading provider of clean electricity solutions for businesses, governments, and community solar programs. The team designs, owns, and operates solar, energy storage, and EV charging assets nationwide, combining strong financial discipline with a real-world sustainability mission. What They’re Looking For Experience in Investment Banking (IBD) or with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the renewable energy sector Exposure to energy infrastructure or large-scale utility projects Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills Proven negotiation experience, including term sheets, PSAs, tax equity structures, PPAs, and site leases Deep understanding of solar regulations at the federal, state, and local levels Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and financial teams to execute transactions efficiently It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing clean energy platform and play a hands-on role in deal execution and portfolio growth. Required qualifications:
- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Proven negotiation experience with term sheets, PSAs, tax equity structures, PPAs, and site leases
