International Legal Receptionist, Legal Assistant Support Duties
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct initial intake and gather case-related information
- Schedule consultations and manage calendars
- Maintain and update client records and contact information
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
- Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files
- Perform accurate data entry in case management systems
- Assist attorneys and case managers with follow-ups and documentation
- Handle all client and firm information with strict confidentiality
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in legal, intake, or administrative roles is a plus (not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using case management systems and communication tools
- Required to use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
