Recruiter 1099 Independent Contractors ONLY

Job Title: Recruiter Overview: We are seeking 5 new motivated and skilled recruiters to join our team. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of finding the most qualified Surrogate Mothers for Intended Parents and ensuring the smooth operation of other, various functions. While this work and activity is simple and you may have little to no interaction with most applicants, this position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. After the initial onboarding and training, you will work alone most of the time unless you need help. All communication is done via email/text and occasionally, via zoom. We are most interested in social media specialists or those with other platforms in place that they will utilize in their recruitment activities. Duties: - Assist with recruiting activities, including recruitment, qualifying and eventually, onboarding. This is entirely flexible how and it's up to you generally with a few exceptions. -HIPPA Compliance Experience is preferred but we will train the right person(s) -Coordinate and schedule appointments, interviews and events, as necessary. - Manage social media platforms or your other related platforms continually for compliance to brand and HIPPA standards. Qualifications: - SAHM strongly encouraged! - Proven experience in a similar role is nice, but we will train the right people - Strong knowledge of HIPPA laws and regulations preferred/Will train the right person(s) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping A clean background screening paid for by you and reimbursed by us with your first qualified candidate is required.
