Assist in the management and processing of international insurance claims for accident and health policies. Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine coverage and liability. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims. Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and advance within the company. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Analyze data and produce reports to assist in decision-making and process improvement. Proactively identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activity. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
