Marketing Content and Event Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with KR Wolfe’s growth priorities
Create high-impact content including: Case studies highlighting project success and client outcomes, Industry-specific thought leadership, Social media content for brand and executive visibility, Website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
Translate technical services into clear, compelling marketing narratives
Support internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic direction
Plan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Manage all logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site execution
Develop event messaging and supporting collateral aligned with target audiences and business goals
Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation before and after events
Track and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics
Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)
