Position Overview The Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in ensuring that critical information is accurately captured, digitized, and maintained within our enterprise‑wide databases. You will be responsible for converting paper‑based records, spreadsheets, and image files into clean, searchable digital formats that support our IT initiatives and business intelligence efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, validate, and update data across multiple computer systems and cloud‑based databases with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collect, scan, and digitize information from diverse sources, including handwritten documents, printed forms, PDFs, and photographic images.
- Maintain organized, searchable archives of all data entry activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal data governance policies.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to verify the correctness of entries, flag inconsistencies, and correct errors promptly.

Essential Qualifications
