Accounting Contractor
Position Summary Contractor Onsite : Lake Mary, Florida Work you'll do We are seeking a Collection and Processing Contractor to support financial and accounting operations. The role focuses on billing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support. Experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable, preferably in a federal or government-contract environment, is highly desirable. Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with budgets and financial forecasts
- reputed company account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support billing, collections, and order-to-cash processes
- Resolve billing disputes and support issue remediation
- Maintain supporting documentation for accounting activities and audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide documentation and information for audit requests
- Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to manage deadlines and priorities
Key Skills
- Primary reputed company: Collection and Processing Analyst
- Experience Required: Intermediate level, 3–5 years of relevant experience
- BPaaS Collection
- BPaaS Order to Cash
- Billing process experience
- Experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
- Preferred experience in federal or government-contract environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with billing systems, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $45 - $55 per hour will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to reputed company.
