This is a reputed company opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to drive significant impact in environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in major gifts, corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and individual giving campaigns, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Your expertise will be critical in cultivating a diverse reputed company of support to fuel our critical conservation work. Key Responsibilities reputed company and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet and exceed annual reputed company goals. Cultivate and solicit major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Manage and grow a portfolio of key donor relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and stewardship. reputed company grant writing efforts, including research, proposal development, and reporting. reputed company annual giving campaigns and reputed company strategies to increase individual donor participation. Plan and execute fundraising events, both virtual and in-person (reputed company appropriate). Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or CFRE certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in securing significant funding from diverse sources (major gifts, grants, corporate). Exceptional strategic planning, donor cultivation, and solicitation skills. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling. Proficiency in donor management software (CRM) and fundraising best practices. Ability to work effectively in a remote, results-oriented environment. Passion for environmental conservation and a deep understanding of the issues. Experience working with or knowledge of the
