Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring claims are handled reputed company and accurately.

• Manage and adjudicate 20–30 vehicle service contract (VSC) claims daily
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including:
• * Answering incoming calls reputed company 60 seconds
• Handling 40+ calls per day on average
• Provide reputed company, professional, and solution-oriented support to customers, clients, and repair facilities
• Resolve escalated or reputed company claims and customer concerns to successful outcomes
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate closely with Claims leadership to quickly address and resolve issues
• Contribute to special projects and reputed company improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–5 years of automotive industry experience preferred
• Hands-on automotive experience required (vehicle repair, service writing, or technician background)
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on removing obstacles and improving workflow efficiency
• Solid technical skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first reputed company

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at reputed company are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
