Introduction: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Manager to oversee our global compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across several locations, including the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing benefit and compensation plans, managing global payrolls, benefits programs, 401(k) and... pension plans, ensuring global compliance, and handling both internal and external data analytics. Additional responsibilities encompass administering leave of absence programs, spearheading compensation and benefit operations, and leading special projects. The successful candidate will also create and direct a global Compensation Strategy, establish guidelines, and manage global bonus and merit processes. We are searching for a candidate with a robust operational and process-oriented mindset, capable of scaling our team and processes in line with our growth plan over the upcoming years. This role requires a strategic thinker who is proactive, innovative, and efficiency-driven, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. The Total Rewards Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and HR systems to support our compensation and benefits programs and processes. This role oversees a team of up to 4 direct reports. Responsibilities - Benefits: • Conduct comprehensive research to identify and recommend optimal employee benefit practices by benchmarking industry trends, tracking legislative changes, and estimating potential impacts. • Communicate effectively with employees about their benefits through orientations, presentations, written communications, and timely responses to inquiries. • Deliver essential HR management data by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends and data related to employee benefits. • Develop and implement location-specific wellness programs. • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, ADA, Section 125, FMLA, and other country-specific benefit and leave-related laws. • Promptly respond to inquiries and confirm that benefit policies, as well as administrative practices and processes, comply with relevant laws. • Act as a primary resource for Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, providing employees, managers, and HRBPs with detailed information about LOA processes, policies, and data. • Engage in negotiations with vendors on fees, risk areas, and plan design. Responsibilities - Compensation and Payroll: • Assist recruitment activities by conducting competitive benchmarking and developing guidelines for structuring offers for new hires, promotions, adjustments, and transfers. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to develop specific strategies for attracting, motivating, and retaining key talent. • Oversee job architecture, career mapping, and market pricing process, including job matching. • Participate in survey participation and analyze competitive market data to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation. • Support the annual and mid-year compensation processes. • Manage global payroll in collaboration with a geographically dispersed payroll team. Candidate Profile: • Experienced in managing a globally dispersed workforce. • Adaptable in rapidly changing environments. • Proficient in various HR systems. • Previous exposure to PE firms, M&A, and/or rapid organizational growth. • Strong executive presence, leadership skills, and sound judgement. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders and senior leaders. • Detail-oriented and thorough in performing work. • Proven ability to influence change and align people strategy with business objectives. • Knowledgeable about employment laws, regulations, practices, and immigration matters. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • 7-10+ years of relevant experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits design and administration principles, laws, and practices. • Proficient understanding of compensation programs and processes. • In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and leave of absence policies, and governing legislation. • Experience with global payroll and HRIS systems, preferably Workday and ADP. • Proficiency in MS Excel. • Workday Advanced Compensation experience is a plus Apply Job!
