```Duties``` - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services to customers... - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns - Process orders, forms, and applications - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements -Must have Healthcare experience -Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check -Must have high volume call center experience - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques -Contract work is a plus -Must have stability on jobs not job hoppers will be interviewed As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will interact with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services.
