Job Description: Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service operations to ensure exceptional service delivery to our... customers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues to ensure timely resolution. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities. - Driven and hardworking attitude. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
