About The Role We are seeking a Teller to join our dynamic team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a pivotal part of our National Branch Network, you'll play a vital role in providing essential financial services to our local community. Responsibilities
Assist customers with teller transactions and provide guidance on digital banking solutions Execute operational tasks while adhering to established policies to minimize risks Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery Interact with customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions Maintain professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions Required Qualifications 1+ year of customer-facing experience Strong customer service skills Ability to work effectively within a team Proficiency in cash handling Desired Qualifications Familiarity with mobile banking technology Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks Military experience is a plus Job Expectations Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Location: 7151 Bodega Ave., Sebastopol, CA 95472 Pay Range $20.00 - $25.14 per hour
