Job Description: As an Online Call Center Officer at Coca-Cola in Phoenix, Arizona, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to manage people and handle difficult situations professionally. 5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in computer and internet usage. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts.
