This position performs complex reporting, analysis, and data validation for pharmacy to inform BCBST of the effectiveness of proposed and current vendor contracts and internal and external programs. Job Description... Job Responsibilities Analyzing, defining requirements, developing, and validating complex reporting and/or data files necessary to meet business objectives. Performing in-depth analyses, proactively investigating abnormal results, writing descriptive summaries of gathered data, and optimizing delivery of end product. Proactively analyzing changes in business processes and updating reporting/file feeds accordingly. Researching and responding to questions and change requests from business partners. Job Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in business or healthcare or relevant field or equivalent work experience required Experience 3 years - Experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required 5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required. SkillsCertifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
