You will also be expected to accurately document all interactions and follow up on unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. • Providing exceptional customer service and support. • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Following up on customer requests and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in an office environment; prior call center experience is preferred. • Must reside within 1 hour of one of the following locations: Urbandale, IA; Franklin, MA; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL. • Ability to work from home in a quiet and professional space with minimal distractions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work. Training and Work Environment: • Comprehensive training will be provided remotely. • Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet workspace to take calls and perform job duties. • While this is a work-from-home position, breaks are scheduled, and candidates are expected to be present and online for the entire shift, except during scheduled breaks Apply Job!
