Customer Service Position: This role supports American Service Pets, a company dedicated to assisting pet owners in securing emotional support animal certifications. The process and requirements for certification can vary, making knowledgeable support essential. Customer Interaction: In this customer service role, you will handle a variety of inbound calls. These may include inquiries from prospective customers interested in our services, existing clients seeking assistance or information, and some who may wish to cancel their subscriptions. Your role is crucial in providing comprehensive support across all customer interactions. Call Volume and Service Quality: You are expected to handle approximately 30-40 calls daily, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Each interaction is an opportunity to address the customer's unique needs effectively, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support. Versatile Support: As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in understanding the certification process, answer their queries, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. Your ability to pivot smoothly from one customer scenario to another is key to providing seamless and effective assistance. Compensation: The position pays $14 per hour. Your hourly rate is paid weekly. Schedule: This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling options available. Remote Work Requirements: This position is fully remote and requires a quiet home office setup, including a computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet. Equipment is not provided by the company, and Chromebooks and MacBooks are incompatible with our systems.
