Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored educational support to students with special needs in a virtual setting. Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Utilize technology effectively to create engaging and interactive lessons. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications
A master's degree in Special Education is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience working within school systems is preferred. Must hold a valid Utah Educator Certification in Special Education. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
Must be comfortable with an independent contractor role (1099). General and professional liability insurance is required for all contractors.
