Job Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Manager to work from home in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively... Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and tools. 5. Experience managing a team of customer service representatives. 6. Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team.
