Location: Remote Contract type: W2/C2C Duration: Long Term Contract Position Description: Requirements (Must Have): Google Cloud Platform Certification Professional Machine learning Engineer or Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect Genesys Any level of Genesys certification Worked for a healthcare or payer (insurance company) implementing Google Dialogflow CX and Genesys Phone integration Experience with solution design and Architectual diagram development and interpretation Experience working with either Python or Node.js for Google Dialogflow implementation Experience working with Google Cloud Platform Speech-to-text and/or Genesys Speech-to-text systems Experience implementing Google Call Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) solutions for agent assist Experience integrating Generative AI Large Language Models into chatbot solution workflows and backend processing tasks Comfortable with hands on development tasks and interacting with Google Cloud Platform from applications and the Google Cloud Platform console Comfortable and knowledgeable with Natural Language Programming concepts (NLP) and chatbot concepts Such as intents, entities, fall back intents, happy path workflows, webhooks, and slot filling in the content of Dialogflow CX Basic Knowlege of conversation design Ability to produce diagrams detailing conversation flows Ability to interpret and product diagrams showing the full flow of application interactions from Genesys and Google Dialogflow Nice to have Comfortable interacting with clients and personable, so that we can trust this person to maintain a good relationship with our clients Progressive experience leading teams and designing solutions in the payer or health care space Computer science background Familiar with computer science algorithms and fundamental data structures Familiar with efficient code development Familiar with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and code repository systems such as GIT and Bitbucket Comfortable with clients that may disagree with their strategy and is accommodating to the client. Comfortable with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform Experience and strategies for testing Google Dialogflow CX chatbot systems Screening questions Have you produced conversation flow diagrams for chatbot implementations Have you produced solution diagrams and oversaw their implementations in Google Cloud Platform based environments Are you a hands-on developer with either python or Node.JS Do you have experience with CCAI, and the Google Dialogflow-Genesys integration Are you comfortable interacting with Google Cloud Platform from the Google Cloud console or programmatically Apply Job!
