Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in assisting customers by delivering detailed information about our products and services and addressing technical issues. You’ll be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences, building loyalty, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams, handle basic troubleshooting of GPS products, and maintain internal documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live meetings on Google Meet/Microsoft Teams. • Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, including the GPS telematics system (Geotab). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and analyze data using Excel reports and Pivot Tables to assist customers. • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. • Conduct quarterly customer calls to engage and address ongoing concerns. • Continuously learn and stay updated on evolving products and services to provide relevant support. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and has a passion for customer support. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues from start to finish. Comfort in training customers of varying technical abilities, collaborating with team members, and documenting interactions accurately is essential. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Chrome. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive in learning and implementing new processes and technologies. • Knowledge of the telematics industry is preferred.
