Sales-Focused Call Center Agent - Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will reach out to customers whose free trial of SiriusXM radio has recently expired and offer them a special promotional rate to continue their service. Key Details Training Schedule: Full-time training from 11 AM - 7 PM (Eastern Time Zone) Shift Options: Choose from 11 AM - 7 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, or 3 PM - 11 PM EST Days Off: One weekday and Sunday (determined by start date) Training Duration: 1 Week of Training followed by 1-2 Weeks of Nesting Compensation: $11/hour plus commission (non-negotiable) Technical Requirements Computer with Windows 10 or higher (NO Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs) High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload 128GB storage with 20GB free space 4GB RAM installed Ethernet connection (WiFi is not acceptable) USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone Webcam Reliable attendance (100% required during the first 2 weeks) Background check may be required Perks (400 Sign-On Bonus: Earn )100 after your 2nd week and an additional $100 each week for the next 3 weeks (must work 37.5 hours/week to receive) Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card Remote work opportunity Commission on sales Free SiriusXM Daily, Weekly, and Quarterly Recognition Daily Contest Payouts We're Looking For Someone Who Is Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit Detail-oriented, dependable, and follows through on tasks Familiar with Windows-based software Adaptable to changes in a dynamic organization Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Previous sales experience is a plus We value diversity and are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
