Work closely with other customer support representatives, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions. -
Feedback Loop:
Gather and report customer feedback and experiences to team leads, helping to identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes. -
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about Hersheys products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. *Requirements:** Education & Experience:* - Minimum of 1 year in a customer support or related role preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing education in relevant fields considered an asset. Technical Skills:* - Proficient in computer usage and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Ability to navigate multiple software applications while engaging with customers in real time.
