Key Responsibilities • Emphasize Empathy: Demonstrate a strong focus on customer care and understanding. • Provide Accurate Information: Use online reference materials confidently to deliver accurate and efficient responses. • Utilize Technical Tools: Effectively navigate desktop applications, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet to assist customers. • Meet Quality Standards: Adhere to department quality assurance standards and metrics. • Educate Customers: Answer questions and provide the latest information about the program to ensure customers feel informed and supported. • Handle Confidential Information: Follow established protocols while applying sensitivity and discretion when managing confidential data. • Ensure Reliable Connectivity: Maintain a stable and private internet connection (not reliant on cellular data) with the capability to connect via an Ethernet cable.

Qualifications
