Documentation and Reporting:

- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Monitor and report common customer issues, trends, and feedback to assist management in improvement efforts. -

Performance and Compliance:

- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to ensure a safe and respectful work environment. -

Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills. - Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. ### Requirements: -

Experience:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred. -

Skills:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively. -
