Data Entry Clerk ( 100% Remote) - Entry Level

The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service. Responsibilities... Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer Reviewing orders for accuracy Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals Generating internal reports to sales and production teams Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed Supporting sales and marketing team as needed Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed Requirements High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc. Previous experience with ERP software Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and excellent time management skills Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.
