About the Role: Builder.io is looking to hire a Lead Content Writer and Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our content marketing initiatives, working closely with the head of content marketing to produce high-quality written assets that educate, engage, and inspire our audiences. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling content, track performance metrics, and drive our content strategy forward. As a Lead Content Writer and Strategist at Builder.io, you will... Create compelling blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies that demonstrate the value of Builder.io's platform. Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar. Review and provide feedback on content produced by other teams, ensuring quality and alignment with our brand voice. Craft engaging social media and promotional copy to boost our online presence and engagement. Track and analyze... content performance metrics, using data to inform content strategy and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content strategy. Assist in developing and maintaining our content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of valuable content. You will thrive in this role if you have... 5+ years of experience in content writing in the tech or SaaS industry, strong preference to those with experience in the content management industry Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences, platforms, and voices Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content strategy decisions Proficiency in using content analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics Experience collaborating with technical teams to create accessible, non-technical content A strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to create content that ranks well in search engines Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously The items above are a starting point for a conversation, not a hard list of requirements. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors discovered during the interview process, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
