Job Description
As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance via online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Delta’s services and policies. You will represent the Delta brand while ensuring a positive customer experience.
