Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing the highest level of service and resolving their inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
