Job Description:
As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all passengers. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Delta’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries related to bookings, flight status, baggage policies, and more.
