Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Part-Time – Evenings)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amazon. This position comes with an hourly wage of $15- $20. Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage large amounts of incoming calls

– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– High school diploma or equivalent
