Job Summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Clerk. Job Description

The Retail Clerk will maintain a high level of customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational tasks. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual with excellent listening skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

– Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

– Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers

– Scan goods and collect payments

– Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

– Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor

– Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

– Maintain accurate cash drawer

Requirements

– Previous retail experience is advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Basic Math skills

– Customer satisfaction-oriented

– Attention to detail and mathematical skills

– High school degree
