Call Center Outbound Sales Representative - Work from Home - Must be Resident of Ohio

A Conversational Marketing Expert (CME) provides top quality customer service in a formal but conversational manner. A CME will use the resources provided by their client as well as the shared knowledge of their team to familiarize themselves with the program/client. Then, they can use those tools as well as their support network to provide the customer with a pleasant and productive customer... service experience. We are currently looking for individuals who can make outbound sales calls to previous or current customers offering additional products of interest. The hours are Monday-Friday; 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours). This is a sales program. Remote Work Technical Requirements: To be considered for an at home position, applicants must demonstrate an appropriate technical aptitude and an ability to perform with minimal technical issues and/or downtime. Applicants will be responsible for providing their own equipment meeting the minimum standards detailed below. These requirements will be checked before or during the first day of training. If the requirements are not met, you will be removed from training and terminated. Personal Computer Requirements: • Computer Type: PC compatible (no Macs or Google Chromebooks) • Monitor/ Screen Size: 17 inches or greater. • Minimum OS Version: Windows 10x64 (Home/Pro/Enterprise) • Minimum RAM: 6 GB or higher • Minimum Processor Speed: 2 GHz (1400 MHz) or better on multi-core processors. • Minimum Graphic Resolution: 1280 x 720. • You'll need to have installed and up to date Antivirus/Antispyware software loaded onto your PC. • Reliable Internet Connection: • HARDWIRED (via Ethernet) DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic Internet connection is required. NOT PERMITTED to work on Wi-Fi. • Download Speed: 50 Mbps minimum. • Upload Speed: 10 Mbps minimum • Wired Headset: You will need to provide your own reliable WIRED USB headset for performing phone calls. Most major brands and models are supported; however, Plantronics is the recommended brand, with the Plantronics Blackwire 3220 USB-A Headset being the preferred model. • External Mouse: Some programs require more navigation than others and trackpads are extremely difficult to work with. • Webcam: Camera use is required during training and periodically during your employment. A cell phone cannot be used as a video device.
