Additional Requirements: Availability for a nine-week part-time virtual training program on a fixed schedule, which may include weekends (summer training schedules may vary). Flexibility to work three to four-hour shifts on weekdays between 4:00 p.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, and one eight-hour shift on weekends, primarily Saturdays, between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including holidays. Capacity to adjust weekly hours during non-school periods based on business demands. Successful completion of pre-employment assessment and background check. Successful completion of initial training. Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute while engaging with customers. Access to a quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk. A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps, along with latency of less than 150 ms. Wireless connection to Apple equipment is prohibited.
