Responsibilities
Of The Data Support Specialist ? Collaborate with the program management team and external MGA and TPA partners globally to standardize bordereau file formats and delivery methods. ? Oversee the management of bordereau files, tracking their delivery and processing from MGA/TPA partners. ? Upload monthly reports to data processing tools and run models to create aggregated data sets. ? Ensure that monthly reports and aggregated data are accessible to internal stakeholders. ? Identify and escalate issues, tracking production errors until resolved. ? Assist in data mapping and implementation for new programs.
Requirements
For The Data Support Specialist ? Over 5 years of experience in P&C program management. ? Strong background in database management. ? Excellent analytical and reporting abilities. ?
