Key Responsibilities • Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into designated Excel templates. • Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting. • Review posted data meticulously to confirm its alignment with original auction records, ensuring comprehensive cross-referencing and verification. • Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies, including complex posting errors. • Collaborate effectively with the posting team to uphold accuracy and provide timely feedback. • Maintain organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and corrections made. • Propose enhancements to processes aimed at improving both accuracy and efficiency in data management. • Offer support on ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with a keen eye for error-checking. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills essential for detecting discrepancies. • Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members. • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapid work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing complex data errors. • Typing proficiency of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy; 10-Key speed of 10,000 KSPH.
