Skills • 4+ years of experience in digital media management • Strong background in YouTube and social media buying • Paid search experience • Excellent communication and writing skills • Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing environment (a plus!) Responsibilities • Oversee and manage paid search and paid media campaigns (YouTube Ads, social media campaigns, Google Ads, etc.) • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, including metrics, goal tracking, and KPIs • Monitor and analyze campaign performance • Create and deploy keyword lists, audience targets, and first-party lists • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline efficiency • Lead on go-forward media strategies and confidently communicate with clients Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in digital media management • Strong background in YouTube and social media buying • Excellent communication and writing skills Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Experience Requirements • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital media management Why work in Lawrence, IN Lawrence, IN offers a vibrant community with a blend of urban and suburban living.
