Key Responsibilities Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial recordings, ensuring adherence to style guides and deadlines. Process audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail, producing verbatim transcripts. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. Collaborate with our supportive in-office team for guidance when necessary. Required Skills Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to process complex audio/text content. Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides. Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar. Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy. Familiarity with legal terminology is essential. Qualifications A demonstrated background in legal transcription or a similar field. Ability to pass a background check is required. Court reporting students are also encouraged to apply.
