• Required Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. •

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience: •

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

• Working Hours: •

  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
