Customer Service Representative - Training Provided (Remote)

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Location: Remote Pay for Patient Care Coordinator: $18 - $24 Work Schedule for Patient Care Coordinator: • 30 - 40 hours per week • Monday - Friday • 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours) Who are we? • We help patients with type 2 diabetes, thyroid, and functional medicine. • We are a family-oriented, close-knit, one-on-one support and warm practice. • We love connecting with patients! Main Responsibilities for Patient Care Coordinator: • Helping patients. • Helping patients apply for loans. • Ordering testing. • Doing calls on the phone and on Zoom. • Checking text messages and voicemails. • Selling and ordering supplements. • Scheduling with health coaches. • Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!). • Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling. All training will be provided!
