Compensation and Benefits

Skills 3+ years of outbound sales experience (travel industry sales experience preferred) Experience with Gateway Ticketing System preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and patience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing admission volume from various markets Develop and implement a proactive Business Development Plan to encourage group visitation Create and implement marketing messaging for groups Train Ambassadors and Reservationists to ensure high-quality group interactions Research trends and best practices to improve group sales processes Partner with sales teams at Atlanta attractions to drive group attendance growth Update online lesson plan offerings in line with responsible marketing policies Coordinate and process all phases of reservations and ticket sales Maintain confidentiality and practice PCI compliant procedures Represent World of Coca-Cola at trade shows and conferences Participate in planning and executing employee events and activations Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
