Personnel Security Specialist - Continuous Evaluation

We’ve got what you’re looking... for. Job Description: Basic Qualifications: Active Top - Secret security clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain an SCI. Must be able to obtain and maintain a CI POLY. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field Responsibilities' include, but are not limited too: Collect, investigate; research, document, and forward to adjudications, all reportable information from employees and contractors within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) mandated timelines. Complete processing of all security reportable as defined with the triage plan: two working days for high risk, ten working days for medium risk, and thirty calendar days for low risk. Manage issue specific interviews with all levels of personnel for resolution of security concerns and prepare accurate and quality reports of investigations with mitigating information. Conduct all-inclusive interviews with Subjects/Sources and take accurate notes. Review requested records to obtain pertinent information, resulting in the resolution of security concerns that may have questioned Subject’s judgement, reliability, and trustworthiness. Knowledge and experience working in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered Castles. Document, file, and maintain all actions in the PeopleSoft security system of record. Collect, investigate, research, document, and forward to adjudications, as applicable, all adjudicative relevant information received through Automated Records Checks (ARC) and the Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) for employees and contractors, in the SISP mandated timelines. Knowledge and understanding of the thirteen Adjudicative Guidelines (SEAD. Follow-up as appropriate to ensure timely action on all ARC and CEP events. Adhere to non-disclosure agreements and Privacy Act guidance to protect and safeguard proprietary, sensitive, confidential, and classified information. Clear and concise writing skills and positive, engaging communication skills. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
