Job Position: Call Center Rep – Temp to Perm Pay: $16/hr. Job Responsibilities May Include… • Taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calls maybe required depending on the department. • These are the first point of contacts. • Starts the Patient’s Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info. • Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections. • Calls are based on the Pharmaceutical they are servicing within the department. Job Requirements • At least 12 months of recent call center experience. • High speed internet and the ability to work from home. • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
