Responsibilities
What you'll do here Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue Document any issues for future review purposes Schedule technicians for onsite support Complete work orders Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards Apply Job!
