Job Description: Are you driven with a passion for sales and helping others? Do you want to build your own business while developing your coaching skills? Southwestern Student Coaching, a division of SWC, is seeking an experienced and motivated Student Coach to join our dynamic team. Your primary role would be as a salesperson; to prospect and connect with families and offer our proven coaching programs that empower students to excel in academics, leadership, and beyond. Your secondary role would be as a coach; to deliver one-on-one coaching and accountability to help both students and young adults reach their full potential. The topics you would be responsible for coaching on range from vision and goal setting to time management and emotional intelligence. We provide proven scripts, systems, coaching certification, and training to develop your business. Responsibilities: · Generate your own leads and prospect through our relationships to promote the student coaching programs. · Coach students individually, providing goal setting, accountability, and personalized guidance. · Build relationships with centers of influence and potential referral partners. · Manage your own sales territory and set ambitious goals. · Continuously grow your sales and coaching skills. Qualifications: · Must have a strong academic record of accomplishment (GPA over 3.0, proof of extracurriculars, etc.) or a strong professional track record (built a business, leadership role, etc.) · Strong one-on-one communication skills to deliver customized and individual coaching. · Effective communication and presentation skills. · Passion for sales and making a positive impact. · Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. · Experience working with youth in a coaching or mentoring capacity. · Desire and ability to work 8-9 hours/day, 40 hours/week. · Willing to travel a minimum of two weeks each year to company headquarters in Nashville, TN. · Designated, uninterrupted workspace (home office or other). · Ability to learn and implement all necessary skills in using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce). · Believes in the idea of making work play—having fun! · Organized and detail-oriented, valuing open and constant communication with your teammates. · Must understand modern technology and how to use it in your business, including but not limited to social media, business tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office suite.
