Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via phone with initial notice of loss by filing/documenting claims for customers who have been in an accident Assist customers with setting up vehicle repairs Assisting with rental cars Communicating with medical providers, law offices and other insurance providers to file claims Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
